Here at Caremed HQ, as part of mission to make our Service first class and as easy as possible for our customers, the Operations Team have been developing a new scheduling system for most of the work we undertake.
We are pleased to announce that our new booking system is now live and we will be sending out an appointment card for any orders, work, repairs or collections needed by yourselves.
The appointment card is in the form of an email invitation, which can be opened on most platforms and stored in calendars. It includes a timeframe for when we are due to arrive onsite (traffic permitting), confirmation of the location and details on the Caremed technician coming to help. All you need to do is check the information, and then accept the invitation!
- Rental drop off's and collections
You will be given a date and a timeframe. If it is not suitable you are able to decline the invitation and suggest a more convenient time for us to do the work, collect or drop off equipment.
And remember, we are making sure our technicians are COVID free by ensuring they have a Rapid Antigen Test before they leave to pick up and drop off and repair equipment.
