Our new electronic appointment system

Here at Caremed HQ, as part of mission to make our service as easy as possible for customers, our Operations Team have been developing a new scheduling system which is relevant for most of the work we undertake. 

Our booking system is now live and we will be sending out an appointment card for any orders, work, repairs or collections requested by yourselves.

The appointment card is in the form of an email invitation, which can be opened on most platforms and stored in calendars.  It includes a timeframe for when we are due to arrive onsite (traffic permitting), confirmation of the location and details of the Caremed technician coming to help you. 

All you need to do is check the information, and then accept the invitation!  So for servicing and rental drop off's and collections, you will be given a date and a timeframe. 

If it is not suitable for you, you are able to decline the invitation and suggest a more convenient time for us to do the work, collect or drop off equipment. 

SERVICE AND REPAIR


Added to this, we have a well-equipped service and repair department with experienced technicians, who are able to carry out both workshop and on-site repairs and servicing for:

  • Specialist Seating
  • Profiling Beds
  • Air Mattresses

With regard to servicing, rather than selecting a one off service when you remember, why not consider a 3 year package?  This takes the hassle out of who pays for the servicing and means your equipment will last longer.
