Our New Trading Name: Caremed Healthcare® Group

Our New Trading Name: Caremed Healthcare® Group

Caremed began its journey back in 2008 under the name Caremed Healthcare, built on a commitment to quality, reliability, and patient-focused design. Over time, we worked closely with our colleagues at Alrick Healthcare overseas, which led to our company name evolving to Caremed Alrick (UK) Ltd, reflecting that partnership at the time.

Since then, Alrick has moved under different ownership and is now changing direction, with the Alrick name being revived as a brand rather than a company. Following careful consideration and consultation with our team, we saw this as the right moment to refine our identity and return to our roots.

Welcome to Caremed Healthcare Group

This new trading name reflects both our heritage and the growth of our business. Today, Caremed Healthcare Group operates across three distinct business functions:

  • Manufacture, distribution, and hire of medical seating

  • Assembly and distribution of a wide range of medical furniture through NHS Supply Chain

  • Hire and lease of medical seating to both private and NHS hospitals

Our new name brings clarity to what we do today while positioning us confidently for the future.

What’s Not Changing

For clarity and continuity, our legal entity name remains unchanged as Caremed Alrick (UK) Ltd. This means there are no changes required from our partners or customers in relation to invoicing, contracts, insurance, or legal documentation.

Looking Ahead

Caremed Healthcare Group represents where we’ve come from, who we are today, and where we’re heading next. We’re proud of our journey so far and excited about what lies ahead.

If you have any questions or would like further information, our team will be happy to help.
