Caremed has expanded its 24/7 infrastructure, with the opening of a new storage depot in Coventry, specifically for bolstering our round the clock service to UK care home groups.
To date, we’ve never refused or turned down a request for a same day air mattress replacement, regardless of whether the request is made at 9am on a Monday, 10pm on a Friday or 1am Sunday morning, it is just part of what we do!
Care Home Groups that utilise our services are surprised at the service levels offered, and by request, we now also offer storage of customers own critical equipment lines and make it available for out of hours despatch in the event of an emergency.
